The Network for Children’s Rights, in collaboration with INTERSOS Hellas, is implementing the programme “Protection for All Minors: Path to Safety and Stability.”

This targeted programme equips unaccompanied minors and young adults aged 18–21, who often live in precarious conditions, with essential skills and guidance to support their transition into the labour market.
The project offers a comprehensive package of services, including individual employment counselling, continuous psychosocial support, and non-formal educational activities.

A dedicated team consisting of social workers, an employment counsellor, and an interpreter organises weekly sessions tailored to each participant’s professional needs. These sessions cover CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, workplace culture, and soft skills such as communication and teamwork.

In addition, minors and young adults participate in Greek and English language classes and acquire practical job-readiness skills through workshops on both soft and hard skills.

More specifically, the services provided include:

  1. Employment Counselling Sessions
  2. Psychosocial Support Sessions
  3. Non-Formal Education
  4. Skills Development Workshops

The primary goal of the project is to ensure a holistic framework for the well-being of minors, enabling them to develop and integrate into society.

Supported by Stichting Vluchteling and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
