Background<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>INTERSOS Hellas participates in the EU-funded project <strong>\u201cPIHMAC \u2013 Prevent Human Trafficking\u201d<\/strong>, implemented in partnership with the Italian Red Cross (Lead Partner), Spanish Red Cross, IROKO Onlus and Weavers of Hope.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to strengthen the prevention, early identification and protection of potential victims of trafficking at key disembarkation points through capacity building, multi-stakeholder cooperation, awareness activities and strengthened operational tools.<\/p>\n<p>Within this framework, INTERSOS Hellas seeks a <strong>Field Officer (50% FTE)<\/strong> to support the operational implementation, coordination and documentation of project activities in Greece.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Purpose of the Position<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1502\">The Field Officer will support the implementation of PIHMAC activities in Greece through operational coordination, stakeholder communication, administrative follow-up, activity monitoring and support to project reporting and deliverables.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1664\">The position will contribute primarily to project implementation under <strong data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1582\">WP2<\/strong> and, where relevant, support coordination and reporting activities under <strong data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1663\">WP1 and WP4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1784\">The Field Officer will be responsible for supporting the following tasks:<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1839\"><strong data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"1839\">Project Implementation &amp; Operational Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"2152\">\n<li data-start=\"1840\" data-end=\"1913\">Support the operational implementation of project activities in Greece.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"2069\">Contribute to the planning, preparation and follow-up of project meetings, awareness activities, training actions and stakeholder engagement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2152\">Provide logistical and administrative support for project activities and events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2154\" data-end=\"2203\"><strong data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2203\">Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2543\">\n<li data-start=\"2204\" data-end=\"2374\">Support communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders, including public authorities, service providers, humanitarian actors and other relevant institutions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2481\">Facilitate information exchange and follow-up with participating organisations and project stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2482\" data-end=\"2543\">Support dissemination of project information and materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2545\" data-end=\"2591\"><strong data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2591\">Monitoring, Documentation &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2905\">\n<li data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2671\">Collect, organise and maintain project documentation and supporting evidence.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2812\">Support activity monitoring processes, including participant tracking, attendance records, feedback collection and activity documentation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2905\">Contribute to preparation of internal updates, narrative inputs, reports and deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-start=\"2907\" data-end=\"2948\"><strong data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2948\">Administrative &amp; Project Support<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"3276\">\n<li data-start=\"2949\" data-end=\"3035\">Support scheduling, coordination and administrative follow-up of project activities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3148\">Maintain organised project records and documentation in accordance with donor and organisational requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3149\" data-end=\"3276\">Collaborate with the Project Manager and project team to ensure timely implementation of project activities and deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3278\" data-end=\"3303\"><strong data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3303\">4. Reporting Line<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3305\" data-end=\"3414\">The Field Officer will report directly to the <strong data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3394\">Project Manager \/ Programme Coordinator<\/strong> of INTERSOS Hellas.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3416\" data-end=\"3467\"><strong data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3467\">5. Required Qualifications and Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"3469\" data-end=\"3487\"><strong data-start=\"3474\" data-end=\"3487\">Education<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3488\" data-end=\"3640\">University degree in social sciences, international relations, public administration, humanitarian studies, migration studies or another relevant field.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"3642\" data-end=\"3674\"><strong data-start=\"3647\" data-end=\"3674\">Professional Experience<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"3675\" data-end=\"3967\">\n<li data-start=\"3675\" data-end=\"3772\">Previous experience in NGO, humanitarian, migration, protection or social inclusion programmes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3773\" data-end=\"3854\">Experience supporting project implementation, coordination or field activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"3985\" data-end=\"4221\">\n<li data-start=\"3985\" data-end=\"4033\">Strong organisational and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4034\" data-end=\"4083\">Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4084\" data-end=\"4133\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4134\" data-end=\"4170\">Good command of English and Greek.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4171\" data-end=\"4221\">Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"4223\" data-end=\"4252\"><strong data-start=\"4227\" data-end=\"4252\">6.
