Programme context<\/strong><\/p>\n

The HELIOS+ programme aims to support the integration of third country nationals, beneficiaries of International Protection and beneficiaries of Temporary Protection in Greece, through a holistic approach that integrates their access to education, the labour market and vocational training and is implemented in the framework of the National Strategy for Social Integration of the Ministry of Immigration and Asylum.<\/p>\n

The programme will be implemented in the Region of Thessaly, by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) with the contribution of INTERSOS Hellas and the Municipality of Larissa. In particular, HELIOS+ will include actions such as:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Strengthening and facilitating access to the labour market through job counselling<\/li>\n
  • Strengthening the ability of the beneficiaries to live independently through the learning of the Greek language.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting beneficiaries during the stages of the integration process and promoting their interaction with local communities and their autonomous access to social and public services.<\/li>\n
  • Strengthening independent living through the provision of housing support.<\/li>\n
  • Raising awareness among host communities and stakeholders for the social and labour integration of beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Integration and Data Management Implementation Officer contributes effectively to the implementation of the subproject actions, providing important information on the progress and progress of the implementation.This role focuses on the acquisition, management and analysis of data, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.<\/p>\n

    Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Under the supervision of the Social Inclusion Officer, the responsibilities of the Inclusion Action Implementation and Data Management Officer include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Receive, record and manage data generated daily in the field.<\/li>\n
    • Adapting the data collection, storage and management methodology to the needs of the project.<\/li>\n
    • Ensuring that data collection is carried out in accordance with the organisation’s standards and procedures.<\/li>\n
    • Support the process of preparing progress reports, ensuring that the data collected and used is accurate and reliable.<\/li>\n
    • Work with the rest of the project team to use and exploit the data for decision making.<\/li>\n
    • Participation in the preparation of periodic reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required Qualifications, Skills, Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Higher education degree in Social Sciences\/Business Administration\/Statistics or related subject<\/li>\n
      • Master’s degree in data management.<\/li>\n
      • At least one (1) year of experience in data collection and management in the humanitarian\/NGO sector<\/li>\n
      • Ability to adapt data collection and analysis methodologies to different projects.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent knowledge of data management tools and software.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
      • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Greek and English<\/li>\n
      • Excellent knowledge of computer use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
