The Network for Children\u2019s Rights<\/strong>, in collaboration with\u00a0INTERSOS Hellas<\/strong>, is implementing the programme\u00a0\u201cProtection for All Minors: Path to Safety and Stability.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

This targeted programme equips\u00a0unaccompanied minors<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0young adults aged 18\u201321<\/strong>, who often live in precarious conditions, with essential skills and guidance to support their\u00a0transition into the labour market<\/strong>.
\nThe project offers a\u00a0comprehensive package of services<\/strong>, including\u00a0individual employment counselling, continuous psychosocial support,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0non-formal educational activities<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A dedicated team consisting of\u00a0social workers, an employment counsellor, and an interpreter<\/strong>\u00a0organises\u00a0weekly sessions<\/strong>\u00a0tailored to each participant\u2019s professional needs. These sessions cover\u00a0CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, workplace culture,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0soft skills<\/strong>\u00a0such as communication and teamwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, minors and young adults participate in\u00a0Greek and English language classes<\/strong>\u00a0and acquire\u00a0practical job-readiness skills<\/strong>\u00a0through\u00a0workshops on both soft and hard skills<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

More specifically, the services provided include:<\/span><\/p>\n

    The primary goal of the project is to ensure a\u00a0holistic framework for the well-being of minors<\/strong>, enabling them to\u00a0develop and integrate into society<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
