width: 516.297px;\" colspan=\"2\">20\/04\/2022<\/td>\n<td style=\"height: 23px; width: 7.70312px;\" colspan=\"2\">\u00a0<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><em>The position is subjected to funding approval by the donor therefore, its validity cannot be guaranteed until final approval.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose\/objective of the position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role focuses on the compliance to INTERSOS Hellas procedures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design a MEAL framework to measure goals achievement and support project implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and design a MEAL strategy in coordination with Senior Program Manager<\/li>\n<li>Improve and update data collection tools when it is required.<\/li>\n<li>Manage various databases to oversee measurement of achievement towards program goals<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the alignment of MEAL tools with INTERSOS Hellas strategy and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to the Program team during the preparation and development of funding proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance to the report preparation and guarantee all reporting requirements are met.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and coordinate an Information Management strategy compatible with the MEAL framework.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to assess performance regularly against agreed program guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Perform field visits when needed to monitor data collection \/ implementation for the improvement of the project activities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the capacity building of staff in data collection through appropriate training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant university degree<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years experience in MEAL position<\/li>\n<li>Experience in humanitarian sector will be considered an asset<\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and developing Information Management systems<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of data collection, data analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computing skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to apply for the above position, please submit your CV along with a Cover Letter in English, not later than <strong>April\u00a020<\/strong><strong>th <\/strong>quoting reference code <strong>\u201cMEAL Officer\u201d<\/strong> in the subject line of the e-mail at:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:jobs@intersos.gr\"><strong>jobs@intersos.gr \u00a0<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All applications will be treated with the strictest confidenciality.
